Support service requests and incidents reported by users or assigned by team managers; Install, configure and validate the clinical and administrative applications required for the operation of the services; Diagnose technical issues and apply appropriate corrective measures or escalate to specialized teams when necessary; Track, document, and update tickets in request management tools; Deploy, configure, and provision desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and computing devices; Integrate specialized equipment such as interactive kiosks, Zebra printers, and check-in registers; Ensure the support and maintenance of the audiovisual equipment present in the various facilities; Participate in technology deployment,



implementation and equipment migration projects; Coordinate technical activities associated with relocations, relocations and the opening of new sectors; Reinstall and connect equipment in accordance with established development plans; Check network connectivity and the proper functioning of printers and other devices; Write and maintain technical procedures and user guides; Document configurations, inventories and operational standards; Contribute to the updating of hardware and software inventories as well as the configuration management database.The profile sought is as follows:

Have a minimum of two (2) years of experience as a field computer technician; Support users in a diverse technology environment; Leverage incident and service request management tools; Install and maintain computer, mobile and office equipment; Use automated deployment solutions in large distributed environments; Proficient in Microsoft 365, Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes and collaboration tools; Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and related network components; Understand IT architectures and infrastructures; Work in Citrix, VMware, Terminal Server and Unix environments; Develop solid analytical capabilities and provide level 1, 2 and 3 technical support; Rigorously apply procedures, standards and operational practices; Knowledge of the Octopus tool, an asset;* Demonstrate autonomy, organization, professionalism and excellent customer service.
