- The rate of pay is expected to be between $110K-$150K - Monday through Friday, daytime hours Position Summary:
- Oversee core accounting functions, including financial reporting, reconciliations, journal entries, accounts payable approvals, utility billing reviews, and indirect tax remittances.
- Prepare and coordinate annual financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and year-end processes for multiple organizations.
- Monitor project costing, inventory transactions, and capital asset accounting to ensure financial accuracy and effective resource management.
- Develop, review, and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls while identifying opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiencies.
- Provide financial analysis,



strategic insights, and performance measurement recommendations to support organizational decision-making and long‑term planning.
- Collaborate with internal departments and stakeholders to support budgeting, asset management, reporting, and special projects.
- Present financial information and recommendations to senior leadership, governing bodies, and other stakeholders as required.
- Provide leadership support and operational continuity in the absence of the senior finance executive.

Required Qualifications

- Post‑secondary education in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field - CPA designation or equivalent skilled accounting experience - Min 5 years of progressive experience in accounting, including financial reporting and full‑cycle accounting - Strong understanding of accounting principles, internal controls, budgeting, and financial analysis - Advanced proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel - Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills - Class 5 License and reliable vehicle Right People.
