This role partners closely with sourcing, logistics, merchandising, and overseas vendors to ensure competitive pricing, margin targets, and cost transparency.

• Sourcing Responsibilities Product Costing &

• Analysis - Prepare detailed cost sheets for apparel styles, including fabric, trims, labor, overhead, freight, duty, and landed cost - Analyze vendor quotations and negotiate cost components to achieve margin targets - Track and validate cost changes related to materials, labor, currency, freight, and tariffs - Maintain historical costing data and benchmarks by category and vendor Vendor &





• Sourcing Support - Communicate directly with overseas factories and agents to request and clarify cost breakdowns - Support vendor negotiations and cost engineering initiatives - Review minimum order quantities (MOQs), lead times, and production efficiencies Margin &

• Pricing Support - Collaborate with merchandising and sales teams to ensure target margins are met - Assist in setting wholesale prices based on cost, markup, and market considerations - Provide scenario analysis for cost fluctuations and pricing strategies Logistics &

• Compliance - Incorporate freight, duty, tariffs, and brokerage costs into landed cost calculations - Partner with logistics teams to validate shipping methods and cost assumptions - Ensure costing aligns with compliance, labeling, and import requirements Reporting &

• Process Improvement - Prepare regular costing and margin reports for management - Identify cost-saving opportunities across sourcing, production, and logistics - Support system updates and costing process improvements (PLM, ERP, Excel models) Why Jammers?
