Sony Interactive Entertainment is seeking an experienced Design Director to join the Haven team in Montreal. You will translate the creative pillar into scalable, engaging game systems and lead a design team to AAA quality.

You will own the structural blueprint of the game, ensure alignment with narrative context, and mentor designers to execute the vision while collaborating with engineering, UI/UX, audio, and live operations. This role reports to the project’s Creative Director.
