We are seeking several dedicated and passionate Dog Facility Employees to join our team. This role is essential in providing a protected, clean, and engaging environment for dogs in our care. The ideal candidate will have a love for animals, strong customer service skills, and the ability to handle physical tasks associated with the daily operations of our facility.

Responsibilities

- Provide daily care for dogs, including feeding, walking, and exercising them.
- Maintain cleanliness of the facility by performing regular cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting areas.
- Monitor the health and behaviour of dogs, reporting any concerns to management.
- Record and follow medical needs of the dogs.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding services and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience.




- Engage with dogs during playtime and socialization activities to promote their well-being.
- Handle heavy lifting as needed for moving supplies or equipment within the facility.
- Follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for both dogs and staff.

Experience

- Previous experience working with animals is preferred but not required; a strong desire to learn is essential.
- Excellent customer service skills are necessary to interact effectively with clients and provide a welcoming atmosphere.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and engage in physical activities throughout the day is required.
- Strong communication skills to work collaboratively with team members and provide updates on dog care.
- Active enough to be able walk dogs
- Can listen, understand and follow direction.
