DZ Boom Truck Driver/Operator

Location: North York

Pay: $35.00/hour

Job Type: Full time, Permanent

Schedule: Monday–Friday 7am-4pm

Key Requirements

- Valid DZ Driver’s Licence
- Valid 0–8 Ton Boom Certificate
- Valid Working at Heights certification
- Valid WHMIS certification
- Valid Worker Awareness training
- Proven ability to operate a 10–13 speed manual flatbed truck
- Experience operating a boom truck and handling construction materials

Key Responsibilities

- Safely operate boom truck and manual flatbed truck to transport, load, unload, andposition construction materials.
- Properly secure all loads before transportation, lifting, or unloading.
- Safely handle and deliver drywall, insulation,



and other materials with a helper using adolly.
- Conduct routine pre-trip and equipment inspections and report any mechanical or safetyissues.
- Coordinate professionally with site personnel, customers, supervisors, and helpers.
- Follow all company, site-specific, and workplace health and safety procedures.
- Maintain required delivery, inspection, and operational records.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
