About the Role

Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and creative Educational Play Facilitator to design and lead engaging play-based learning experiences for children in Kimberley . This role is dedicated to making learning fun and accessible through creative activities, games, and interactive sessions that stimulate children's imagination, problem-solving skills, and social development. You will work with various age groups, adapting your approach to meet their developmental needs.

Develop and deliver creative play-based programs and activities for children of various ages. Facilitate interactive sessions that promote critical thinking, creativity, and social-emotional learning. Create a stimulating, safe, and inclusive environment that encourages exploration and discovery through play. Observe and assess children's engagement and development,



providing feedback to educators and parents. Manage and organize play materials and resources, ensuring they are safe and accessible. Collaborate with the education team to integrate play-based learning into the broader curriculum.

Requirements A qualification in Early Childhood Education, Play Therapy, or a related field. Proven experience in facilitating play-based learning activities for children. Strong understanding of child development and the importance of play in learning. Excellent creativity, energy, and enthusiasm for working with children. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Certification in First Aid is advantageous. Perks
