Samfiru Tumarkin LLP is a busy national litigation firm with offices in Ontario, Alberta, and British Columbia. Our employment practice in Ontario is looking for a highly motivated and client-oriented associate who has 2 years of experience in employment law (this is NOT a position for newly called lawyers). This is a newly created position.

The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of post-call experience as a plaintiff civil litigation lawyer, preferably in employment law, and will be looking for an opportunity to learn and grow within a national law firm among a highly respected work culture and team.

We offer a competitive compensation package for salary, bonus, and perks, as well as paid time off and remote working. The successful candidate will have the option to work completely remotely, in office, or in a hybrid working model. We are open to candidates residing anywhere in Ontario.

The ideal candidate will have:

- LLB or equivalent;
- good standing with the LSO;
- strong written and verbal communication skills;




- the aptitude to work independently while coordinating with other team members;
- excellent attention to detail; and,
- the competence to prioritize and meet urgent deadlines.
