Place is looking for a dedicated Evening Maintenance Worker for a permanent position. You will play an active role in ensuring the facilities remain clean and functional.

Your responsibilities will include repairs to drywall, plumbing, and more, promoting a safe environment for those served by the organization. Key Responsibilities:

- Handle various maintenance tasks including drywall and flooring work
- Conduct plumbing repairs as needed
- Perform safety inspections on facility systems
- Assist with furniture and equipment relocation
- Respond to emergency requests outside regular hours Requirements:
- Required Carpentry certificate; equivalent experience accepted
- Preferably 1-2 years in property maintenance
- Familiarity with safety protocols in maintenance
- Explicit Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector Check
