We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced Painter to join our dynamic construction and renovation team. Responsibilities

- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, caulking, and priming to ensure optimal paint adhesion and finish quality
- Apply paints, stains, varnishes, and other finishes using hand tools and power tools with precision and efficiency
- Perform minor drywall repairs, restoration work, and surface preparation for both new construction and renovation projects
- Manage time effectively to complete projects within scheduled deadlines while maintaining quality standards
- Communicate clearly with clients, team members, and supervisors to ensure project requirements are understood and met

Skills





- Extensive construction experience with a focus on painting in residential settings
- Proficiency in minor drywall installation, repair, and finishing techniques
- Robust knowledge of restoration processes and industrial painting applications
- Skilled in using hand tools such as brushes, rollers, scrapers, caulking guns; power tools including spray guns and sanders
- Experience with carpentry tasks related to surface preparation or minor structural adjustments
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional approach to client interactions
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently

Pay: $20.00-$34.00 per hour
