Key Responsibilities: • Troubleshoot plumbing and heating system issues • Conduct routine preventative maintenance • Manage after-hours response for emergencies • Document maintenance work and procure materials • Lead subcontractors when necessary

Requirements: • Licensed Journeyman Plumber • Significant experience with plumbing repairs • Capable of managing pressure in emergencies • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills • Clean driver’s abstract and valid license
