Experiential Graphic & 3D Designer
Nulink Events is looking for a multidisciplinary Graphic & 3D Designer to join our creative team. This role is ideal for a designer who understands how a brand translates from a screen into a physical experience — from the initial creative direction and graphic identity through to spatial design, 3D renders and production-ready artwork.
You’ll work across experiential activations, pop-ups, product launches, retail moments and branded events, collaborating closely with production teams to bring concepts to life.
What You’ll Do
- Develop creative concepts and visual directions for experiential activations, events and branded environments.
- Create 3D spatial designs and realistic renders that clearly communicate the proposed guest experience.
- Develop the 2D graphic layer of each experience, including signage, environmental graphics, vinyl applications, menus, packaging, displays and branded touchpoints.
- Translate existing client brand guidelines into compelling physical spaces while maintaining brand consistency.
- Build mood boards, creative presentations, floor plans and visual references for client presentations.
- Take designs from initial concept through revisions, approvals and final production files.
- Prepare accurate artwork and specifications for print, fabrication and installation.
- Collaborate directly with producers, fabricators,
printers and other vendors to ensure designs are both creative and buildable.
- Adapt quickly across multiple brands, aesthetics and project types.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of professional design experience, ideally within experiential, events, retail, agency or branded environments.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating both graphic design and 3D/spatial design.
- Solid proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Professional proficiency in relevant 3D modelling and rendering software.
- Ability to create polished, client-ready renders and presentations.
- Understanding of materials, fabrication methods, large-format printing and production processes.
- Strong visual judgment with an eye for typography, composition, scale, colour and brand application.
- Comfortable designing within established brand guidelines while still bringing fresh creative thinking.
- Able to manage multiple projects, revisions and deadlines in a fast-moving production environment.
- Detail-oriented and comfortable working closely with a production team where designs ultimately need to be fabricated and installed.
- Portfolio Required
Please include a portfolio with your application that demonstrates 3D experiential/spatial work as well as graphic design. Applications without relevant portfolio work will not be considered.
