Description

The Public Prosecution Service of Canada is inviting applications launch ( HTML launch ) from private-sector lawyers or law firms withexperience in prosecuting or defending criminal matters, to act as Agents of the Director of Public Prosecutions.

Step into a work environment where every day counts. As an AgentforPPSC, you will regularly be in court, working on resolutions andsentencings, arguing contested motions, and running preliminary hearings andtrials. By focusing on drug-related prosecutions, you will have the opportunityto work on compelling Charterand evidentiary issues that areimportant to the administration of justice.





PPSCagents work independently, giving you autonomy in thestructure of your workday and office operations while also having thepossibility to work on files unrelated to drug prosecution. As an agent youwill have the benefit of a dedicated Agent Supervision Unit to support andguide your prosecutorial work.
