Downtown Radiology is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Financial Manager to oversee and manage the company’s financial operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, reporting, internal controls, and supporting management in making sound financial and business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the company’s financial and accounting operations.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, systems and internal controls.
- Manage and analyze income reports with MSP and private ccounts and report to management.
- Manage payment account reconciliation.
- Manage manpower budgeting and make recommendations for wage structures.
- Prepare and review financial statements, forecasts, budgets, cash-flow reports and other financial management reports.
- Coordinate the company’s budgeting and financial planning processes and monitor financial performance.
- Analyze revenues, expenditures, operating costs and financial results and provide recommendations to management.
- Evaluate accounting procedures, financial reporting systems and financial controls and recommend improvements.
- Establish financial performance standards and monitor results against budgets and forecasts.
- Manage cash flow and support financial planning for the company’s operations and future growth.




- Coordinate with accountants, financial institutions, external professionals and other service providers as required.
- Ensure that financial records and reporting practices comply with applicable requirements and company policies.
- Provide financial analysis and advice to senior management to support operational and strategic decisions.
- Supervise and coordinate financial and accounting functions and related staff, where applicable.
- Work independently under executive managment.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, commerce, economics, finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Several years of experience in accounting, financial management, budgeting, financial planning and analysis, or a related financial field.
- Robust knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and financial controls.
- Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prepare and interpret financial reports and provide practical recommendations to management.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Experience in the healthcare, medical, radiology, or diagnostic services sector is considered an asset.
- A recognized accounting or financial designation is considered an asset.

Pay: $64.00-$70.00 per hour
