Duties

- Design and assemble a wide variety of floral arrangements, including bouquets, centerpieces, corsages, and event decorations, ensuring they meet high standards of quality and aesthetic appeal
- Assist customers by understanding their needs, offering expert advice on floral choices, care instructions.
- Maintain the freshness and appearance of flowers through proper handling, hydration, and rotation to minimize waste
- Manage inventory levels for flowers, foliage, containers, and accessories; coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment




- Support merchandising efforts by creating attractive displays that highlight seasonal themes and promote sales
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions including cash handling and e-commerce orders
- Provide excellent customer service through explicit communication, active listening, and friendly engagement to foster loyalty and repeat business

Qualifications

- Two Years Experience in floral design
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple orders efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of plant care
- Excellent communication skills in English are essential; additional language skills are advantageous
- Experience with e-commerce platforms helps manage online orders seamlessly
- Must be able to work independently and with a team
- Must be available days,nights,weekends and extended hours at seasonal holidays and off site set up locations
- Must be a multitasking individual
- Must be able to take orders, place orders with suppliers, complete all orders.

Pay: From $23.00 per hour
