As a Foreman, you'll lead a field crew in installing, removing, and servicing temporary fencing projects. You'll coach and support your team while ensuring jobs are completed safely, on time, and to company standards. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you'll work outdoors and represent the company directly at customer sites.

What You'll Do

- Lead and assign daily tasks to crew members
- Train, coach, and provide ongoing feedback
- Work alongside the team on installs, removals, and site prep
- Ensure projects meet safety standards, specs, and deadlines
- Meet clients onsite to review job details and expectations
- Complete job reports, inventory logs, and site checklists
- Inspect equipment and maintain truck readiness
- Monitor attendance and support team performance
- Participate in safety meetings and report incidents
- Maintain clean, safe job sites and vehicles
- Step in and call out unsafe conditions when needed

What You Bring

- Valid driver's license with clean abstract
- 1+ year leadership experience (preferred)
- 2+ years in fencing, construction, or similar industry (preferred)
- Solid leadership and team motivation skills
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
- Good communication and organizational skills




- Comfortable using tools and equipment (power tools, post drivers, etc.)
- Ability to lift 50-80 lbs regularly
- Forklift and 1‑ton truck experience (asset)
- Strong accountability and time management

Work Environment

- Outdoor, physically demanding role
- Work in various weather conditions
- Travel to job sites required

Base Pay Range: 31.80 - 43.73

Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
