Forklift Operator – Vancouver, British Columbia

Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Forklift Operator in the warehouse and distribution sector in Vancouver, British Columbia. The Forklift Operator is responsible for safely operating material-handling equipment to move, load, unload, and store products within the facility. This role ensures the accurate handling of inventory and supports warehouse operations by maintaining safety, cleanliness, and productivity standards.

Responsibilities

- Safely load and unload products including fragile and high-value goods from trucks and other vehicles
- Operate an electric forklift to retrieve stage move and store products in shelving floor and rack locations
- Transport palletized and crated goods throughout the facility and ensure all loads are properly secured prior to movement




- Accurately scan and track merchandise using RF scanning equipment during movement and storage activities
- Stack, store, and organize materials in designated storage bays while following inventory control guidelines
- Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Inspect products to ensure quality and safety standards are met
- Maintain a clean safe and organized work setting while supporting additional duties as assigned

The successful candidate brings

- At least 1 year of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations (preferred) as a Forklift operator
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment center experience. Valid forklift certification required
- Confident using RF scanners, computers, and warehouse systems
- High attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills
- Physically capable of frequently lifting and moving items weighing up to 55 lbs
- Comfortable standing, walking, and performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift
