Macro Truck Sales is a rapidly growing commercial equipment dealership, specializing in the sales, financing, leasing and rental of premium pre-owned trucks and trailers. We work with the major banks and sub-prime lenders across North America, along with our in-house financing, to provide various funding services to our client base. We have other positions available in admin/credit.

AT Macro Truck Sales we have an immediate opening for a Front Desk Executive. An ideal candidate will have experience answering calls and greeting customers professionally, providing day to day administrative support to the office, working with emails and phone calls, have excellent customer service skills, managing data in CRM/Spreadsheets, working with social media: creating and managing posts, handling of sensitive information and documents and be a team player. We are seeking to hire someone who has urge to grow personally and help grow our business as well.

Job Duties

- Respond to customer requests & queries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
- Support the efforts of the sales department to ensure targets are met.
- Redirecting Phone calls as appropriate
- Performing administrative work




- Greeting customers and assisting them with their concerns
- Maintaining the workplace in a presentable manner
- Basic Office Management work
- Maintaining and Reconciling Invoices on Daily basis.
- To complete other duties as assigned

Job Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in automotive dealerships will be considered a strong asset.
- Minimum one year experience required in office administration.
- Must present professional and formal manner.
- Must be a team player.
- Highly organized and strong attention to details and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, E-Mail
- Capability to handle multiple tasks at once, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.

Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
