RF Transparent is a growing company specializing in glass railing systems and building materials distribution. As our operations continue to expand in multiple provinces . We are currently looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced Senior Full-Cycle Bookkeeper who knows QuickBooks Online (QBO) extremely well and can independently manage daily accounting operations.

This is NOT an entry-level position

Qualifications & Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of full-cycle bookkeeping/accounting experience.
- Minimum 1 years of experience working in a Canadian CPA firm or public accounting firm.
- A minimum of 1 years of hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO) is mandatory.
- Proficient in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and able to independently manage the full accounting cycle.
- Able to independently prepare and file GST/HST and QST returns.
- Strong knowledge of Canadian accounting principles, payroll, month-end, and year-end procedures.
- Able to prepare year-end working papers and supporting schedules for the external CPA firm to complete the T2 Corporate Income Tax Return.
- Experience with intercompany accounting and reconciliations.
- Strong bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliation skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, responsible, reliable, and able to work independently.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Fluent in English (French) for daily workplace communication.
