Halyard Group is looking for a full-time real estate agent who wants to build a consistent business working with buyers and tenants.

This role is open to newer agents, including those in their first few years in real estate. You should already understand the basics of showings, client representation, offers, and leases. We’ll help you develop those skills through a structured 90-day launch program, ongoing coaching, clear processes, and regular accountability.

Agents who consistently prospect, follow up, and put the team’s systems into practice have the potential to earn $100,000+ annually. Earnings depend on individual production.

What you’ll do

- Prospect consistently and follow up with potential clients




- Work with buyers and tenants from the first conversation through showings, offers, and closing or move-in
- Prepare and present offers and lease applications
- Keep your clients informed and your CRM up to date
- Participate in coaching and follow the team’s operating standards

Who we’re looking for

You’re a licensed Ontario real estate agent who knows the fundamentals, communicates well, and takes responsibility for follow-up. You’re open to coaching and willing to prospect. You’re open to coaching, willing to prospect, and ready to work full time to build your business.
