About the Role

Our client, a reputable FET college, is seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Lecturer to teach in the Business Studies department at their campus in Kimberley . You will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction to post-matric students, preparing them for careers in various business fields. This role requires a dedicated educator passionate about vocational training and committed to student success within the Northern Cape educational sector, ensuring students gain practical skills and knowledge essential for the modern workforce.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver lectures and practical training in Business Studies subjects, including management, marketing, finance, and entrepreneurship.
- Develop and update course materials, syllabi, and assessment tools to meet industry standards and college requirements.
- Assess student performance through assignments, tests, and examinations, providing constructive feedback.
- Mentor students, offering academic and career guidance to support their learning journey.




- Participate in departmental meetings, college events, and curriculum development initiatives.

Requirements

- A relevant Master's degree or post-graduate qualification in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- Teaching qualification and/or proven experience in lecturing at a tertiary or FET college level.
- Strong subject matter expertise in core Business Studies disciplines.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage adult learners and foster a positive learning environment.
