What You'll Do

Know Your Customer (KYC):

- Conduct client due diligence by analyzing profiles, reviewing documentation, and sourcing information from public records to support current client onboarding and recertification
- Perform name screening and background checks, ensuring compliance with local regulations and the Bank's global standards
- Collaborate with internal partners — including compliance and quality control teams — to resolve gaps and validate client information

Data Management Unit (DMU):

- Set up and maintain client and counterpart records across trading, back-office, and front-office systems
- Review daily reconciliations to identify and resolve data inconsistencies across internal platforms
- Support client onboarding to electronic platforms and manage user access
- Assist with the preparation and monitoring of regulatory documentation, including Patriot Act certificates and tax certifications (W-8/W-9)
