This full-time, contract position involves supporting clients aged 14-35 while working 35 hours per week. You will utilize your assessment and therapeutic skills to develop treatment plans and facilitate care in collaboration with families and communities. As part of the 1st Step Team, lead peers through the recovery process with comprehensive support strategies.

Key Responsibilities: • Provide assessment services for first episode psychosis cases • Lead therapy sessions with individuals and groups • Coordinate services for comprehensive support • Assist clients in their advocacy for rights and perks • Encourage community engagement in mental health initiatives

Requirements: • Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or equivalent • 3-5 years of experience in community mental health • Registration with a relevant regulatory body • Effective communication and organizational skills • A driver’s license and access to a vehicle
