Become a Mental Health Clinician at CMHA Waterloo Wellington. Engage and assist young individuals and families through the recovery of first episode psychosis in Guelph. This full time, contract position involves supporting clients aged 14-35 while working 35 hours per week.

You will utilize your assessment and therapeutic skills to develop treatment plans and facilitate care in collaboration with families and communities. As part of the 1st Step Team, lead peers through the recovery process with comprehensive support strategies. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide assessment services for first episode psychosis cases
- Lead therapy sessions with individuals and groups
- Coordinate services for comprehensive support
- Assist clients in their advocacy for rights and benefits
- Encourage community engagement in mental health initiatives Requirements:
- Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or equivalent
- 3-5 years of experience in community mental health
- Registration with a relevant regulatory body
- Effective communication and organizational skills
