Paladin Security is seeking a Healthcare Security Guard to protect patients, staff and visitors across Red Deer healthcare facilities. The role includes access control, incident monitoring, and responsive emergency support in a agile healthcare environment.

The position features a 7 on, 7 off rotation with day and night shifts. Base rate is guaranteed during on-call hours, increasing to site-specific rates when called out, with mileage compensation for long travel from base.
