Bouchier is seeking Labourers/Operators for their Suncor Fort Hills site near Fort McMurray, Alberta. These team members will perform a variety of unskilled and semi-skilled tasks supporting operations in the Athabasca Oil Sands region. Ideal candidates are safety-conscious, adaptable to changing climates, and eager to learn recent equipment skills.

What You’ll Need

- No previous experience necessary (preferred: road construction or maintenance experience)
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
- Ability to provide a clean driver’s abstract
- CSO (Common Safety Orientation) certificate
- Ability to lift 50 pounds or more
- Safety conscious attitude
- Willingness to train on various equipment (skid steer, sanding units, etc.)
- Comfort working in fluctuating climates and near water
- Ability to pass Drug and Alcohol and Fit for Duty tests
- Fluent English (speak, read, write)
