Duties:

- Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Manage reservations, walk-ins, and waitlists
- Seat guests efficiently and manage table rotation
- Answer phone calls and assist with guest inquiries
- Communicate with servers and management regarding table availability
- Maintain a clean and organized entrance and host area
- Assist guests with special requests when possible




- Help ensure smooth guest flow during busy service periods
- Assist the service team when required
- Provide a welcoming and professional first impression

Requirements:

- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Friendly, professional, and well-organized
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Weekend and holiday availability required
