- Implement HR and Health & Safety initiatives

- Monitor workplace incidents and manage claims
- Maintain HRIS and audit personnel files
- Facilitate recruitment and employee transitions Requirements:
- Relevant HR experience, including Health & Safety
- Experience in a unionized workplace recommended
- Knowledge of health and safety legislation
