Coach managers on how to lead, manage, and develop their teams Provide practical tools for feedback, accountability, and growth Support the creation of employee development plans Change Management and Structure

Support organizational change and evolving team structures Bring clarity to roles, responsibilities, and reporting lines Compensation and Workforce Planning

Support compensation planning aligned to performance Partner on workforce planning and organizational design Operational Accountability and Customer Impact
