We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior HVAC Installer to join a fast-growing residential HVAC company serving homeowners across the Greater Toronto Area.

This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for a true lead installer who can confidently manage residential installations from start to finish, lead a helper in office, troubleshoot challenges independently, and deliver exceptional workmanship and customer service.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience installing and commissioning heat pumps, furnaces, air conditioners, water heaters, tankless water heaters, and related HVAC equipment.

Experience with Midea heat pump systems is highly preferred. A company vehicle, helper, specialized tools, and ongoing support will be provided.

Your focus should be on delivering clean, professional, high-quality installations while maintaining safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

• Controls Related Residential HVAC Equipment Key Responsibilities Installation Leadership Lead residential HVAC installations from start to finish Direct and supervise assigned helper(s) Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and professionally Review work orders and installation requirements before arriving on-site Verify equipment and materials before beginning work Heat Pump Expertise Install, commission,



and troubleshoot cold-climate heat pump systems Configure equipment according to manufacturer specifications Perform system startup and commissioning procedures Understand inverter technology and variable-speed equipment Properly set airflow, controls, dip switches, and operating parameters Educate homeowners on system operation and maintenance Technical Installation Work Furnace replacements and new installations Air conditioner replacements and new installations Heat pump installations Ductless system installations Air handler installations Water heater and tankless water heater installations Venting modifications Refrigeration piping and brazing Condensate management Electrical connections Thermostat installations and programming Startup, commissioning, and performance testing Quality Control Deliver clean, professional installations Ensure all installations meet manufacturer specifications Follow applicable gas, electrical, building, and HVAC codes Complete thorough final inspections before leaving the job site Maintain high customer satisfaction standards Documentation Complete installation documentation accurately Take required job photos Record serial numbers and commissioning information Report deficiencies or site concerns immediately Required Qualifications Experience Minimum 5 years of residential HVAC installation experience Proven experience as a Lead Installer or Senior Installer Extensive experience installing heat pumps, furnaces, and air conditioners Strong understanding of residential HVAC systems Experience leading installation crews Technical Knowledge Advanced understanding of:

Pay: $150.00-$400.00 per day
