- Conduct client interviews to gather information and assess needs
- Assist clients in completing necessary paperwork and forms
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and case files
- Perform research and gather relevant information for case management
- Prepare legal documents, including drafting letters, memos, and reports
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files
- Provide administrative support to RCIC and other staff members
- Enter data into case management systems accurately and efficiently
```Requirements```
- Bachelor's Degree preffered. Post secondary diploma with exceptional skills and experience may be considered.
- Experince in immigration field is strongly preffered.- Experiencee or Background in law is strongly preffered.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in proofreading and editing documents for accuracy and clarity
- Experience conducting interviews and gathering information from clients
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Detail-oriented with robust research skills
- Proficient in clerical tasks such as data entry and file management
- Knowledge of additional languages specially Punjabi, Hindi, Gujarati, Urdu is an asset.
