We are seeking a competitive Inside Sales Representative to develop new business and support existing customer relationships at our Montreal, QC office. The role will focus on customers and prospects in construction, particularly roofing, as well as filtration, furniture and mattress manufacturing, and the hospitality sector for blackout curtain applications. This opportunity offers the chance to learn our business, connect with key industry players and grow within the organization.

Primary Responsibilities

- Contact prospective customers by phone and email.
- Identify new contacts within existing customer organizations and pursue new business targets.
- Seek recent project bid opportunities.
- Use the CRM consistently and keep customer and opportunity data current.




- Prepare simple monthly sales activity reports and review them with their direct supervisor to stay aligned on targets, customer follow-ups and next sales priorities.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Robust time-management and organizational skills.
- A genuine interest in the industry.
- Self-motivated, personable and results-oriented.
