About the Role

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Insurance Policy Administrator to join their team in Kimberley . This role is responsible for managing the administrative aspects of insurance policies, from issuance to renewal and endorsement, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures. You will serve as a key point of contact for policyholders and internal teams, providing essential administrative support. The ideal candidate is proficient in administrative tasks, possesses excellent customer service skills, and is eager to contribute to the smooth functioning of the policy administration department within a reputable insurance company.

Key Responsibilities

- Process new policy applications, endorsements, and renewals accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain policy records and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Respond to policyholder inquiries regarding coverage, billing, and policy changes.
- Liaise with sales agents and underwriters to resolve administrative issues.




- Prepare and issue policy documents and related correspondence.
- Assist with the reconciliation of policy data and premium payments.

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent; a certificate in administration or insurance is a plus.
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within the insurance industry.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., MS Office Suite) and familiarity with policy administration systems.
