What Is The Opportunity? Calgary Construction Operations is hiring Finish Grader Operators to support our Base Crew in Calgary, Alberta for the 2026 season.

What You'll Do Here

Responsible for safely operating a motor grader.

Performs fine grade finishing.

Laying and mixing materials to grade specifications.

Other duties as assigned.

What You Bring to the Team:

Knowledge with TopCon/Trimble GPS considered an asset.

Must be able to understand grades and have knowledge of plans, drawings and overall road construction.

Maintains a valid Class 5 driver’s license.

Own vehicle to get to and from jobsite.

Willing to work overtime, nightshifts and weekends, as required.

Must comply with the company's drug & alcohol program, including testing requirement.

Pay and Advantages: Pay Range: $38 - $44 per hour

Individual pay is determined based on several factors, including work location, education, experience, unique skills and job conditions. Other considerations may include certifications, specialized training, and the complexity or scope of the role.
