Our energy & resources client is seeking a Intermediate Project Controls Analyst (10+ years) to support pipe integrity maintenance projects using cost management, forecasting, and project controls processes ( 22931)

Join a project controls team supporting a large portfolio of pipe integrity maintenance initiatives within the oil & gas sector. This role focuses on cost management, forecasting, trend management, estimate tracking, and lifecycle project controls support across the GPMC program. The position works closely with Project Managers and third-party service providers from project initiation through final closeout.

Must Haves

- 5+ years in Project Controls supporting maintenance or capital projects
- Proficient in Microsoft 365, including Excel and PowerBI
- Cost management, forecasting, trend management, and estimate at completion reporting
- SAP Project Systems and Omega PIMS
- Post-Secondary degree in a related field

Nice to Have
- Project management and project controls experience
- Experience executing low- to moderate-risk capital projects
- Experience managing a high volume of projects with minimal supervision
- Written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of 50+ maintenance projects supporting the pipe integrity GPMC program
- Support estimate development and map estimates into the control WBS
- Maintain project forecast at completion and estimate to complete
- Report monthly project status, variance explanations, and trend reporting against approved baselines
- Support project management of change, contingency management, and change impact analysis
- Collaborate with Project Managers and stakeholders to review project costs and forecasts




- Maintain ERP project master data and initiate projects for closeout
