Job Summary

We are seeking a energetic and detail-oriented IT Project Coordinator to lead and facilitate the successful delivery of complex technology initiatives. In this role, you will serve as the central point of contact for project teams, stakeholders, and vendors, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, on time, and within scope.

Requirements:

· Bilingual in French and in English

· Minimum 3-5 years of experience supporting IT projects as a Project Coordinator, Project Control Officer (PCO), PMO Analyst, or similar role.

· Experience supporting large project portfolios consisting of multiple concurrent initiatives.

· Experience with GSuite, Smartsheets and Jira

· Experience working within enterprise infrastructure, cloud, application development, or technology transformation programs.

· Strong experience using Smartsheet for project planning, portfolio management, dashboard development, reporting, workflow automation, and resource tracking.

. Strong understanding of project governance, PMO methodologies, SDLC, Agile, Iterative, and Hybrid delivery models.

Pay: $60.00-$75.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Montréal, QC
