IT Project Manager T2 (Contract)

Our client is looking for an IT Project Manager to support the integration of acquired companies into the organization, the optimization of program management release processes, and the improvement of operational efficiency.

What You Will Do

Manage the project release process end-to-end.

Navigate the client's compliance landscape and manage release artifacts in PPMS, MDG structures, and Sirius.

Coordinate security scans, license validations, ECCN classifications, and third‑party component approvals.

Lead assigned projects and take responsibility for successful delivery, ensuring quality and business value.

Gather requirements, identify risks, develop project timelines, manage schedules, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.

Prepare and present program performance reports to executive management and key stakeholders.

Build and maintain strong relationships across teams and collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical business partners.

Partner with Product Managers to align project execution with product vision and goals, and create JIRA reports to ensure transparency and status visibility.

Support teams in improving productivity through the analysis of delivery metrics, such as burndown, burn‑up, velocity, and cycle time.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging retrospective outcomes and implementing solutions that enhance team efficiency and delivery success.

What You Bring

Strong program management fundamentals — able to hold the full picture across teams, surface blockers early, and drive to closure without formal authority.





Strong written and verbal communication in English; able to write a crisp process document and present to executive stakeholders in the same week.

Comfortable working with ambiguity in a greenfield workplace — there is no playbook yet, and you'll be writing it.

Collaborative, low‑ego, and effective in multicultural, distributed teams. Lots of interactions with teams on PST timezone so some time flexibility will be needed.

Familiarity with SAP tools and processes are a plus but not mandatory.
