What We’re Looking For

- Previous restaurant or customer service experience is an asset
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, positive, and professional attitude
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while being a supportive team player
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Secondary school education or equivalent work experience
- Responsible Alcohol Service certification (e.g., ProServe in Alberta) is required
