Site: Fort McMurray, AB - Turnaround

Schedule: 6/1, 12/2, 18/3 & 24/4 based off a 7/7 rotation contract, 12 - 14 hour per days during shutdown & 12 hour days for post. Work scope good until mid-November. Dayshift & Nightshift available.

Travel: Flights provided from Edmonton and Calgary, Travel allowance provided for out of province workers

This role supports the scaffolding crew by performing manual labor, material handling, and site preparation to ensure safe and efficient scaffold builds and dismantles.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist scaffolders with erecting, modifying, and dismantling scaffolding systems
- Load, unload, and move scaffold materials around site
- Carry, lift, and stage materials in designated work areas
- Maintain clean and organized work zones
- Follow all safety regulations, site rules, and supervisor instructions
- Perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods
- Support general labor duties as required

Qualifications

- Previous experience supporting scaffolding crews (required)




- Pre Access A&D; test
- Ability to lift 50–75 lbs repetitively
- Comfortable working at heights and in all weather conditions
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
- Ability to work as part of a team in a high paced setting

Required safety tickets:Site to confirm

- BSO/CSO or CSTS 09
- H2S Awareness

Work Conditions

- Very physical role involving heavy lifting, climbing, bending, and long periods of standing
- Potential for overtime, weekend work, and shift work depending on project needs
- Working both indoors and outdoors in hot and cold weather conditions
- Must be clean shaven
- Personal safety equipment will be required, e.g. steel-toed safety boots
