Responsibilities

- Perform laser treatments for hair removal, skin rejuvenation, and other aesthetic procedures with precision and care.
- Educate clients on treatment options, procedures, post-care instructions, and safety protocols to ensure informed decisions.
- Maintain strict sanitation standards by thoroughly cleaning and sterilizing equipment and treatment areas before and after each session.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client questions, concerns, and feedback with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Assist in retail sales by recommending skincare products and treatment packages that meet clients’ individual needs.




- Monitor client responses during treatments to ensure comfort and safety, adjusting settings as needed under supervision or training.
- Keep detailed records of treatments performed, client progress, and any relevant notes to support ongoing care.

Experience

- Previous experience in a customer service role within the beauty or healthcare industry is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of body waxing techniques is a plus but not required; training will be provided if necessary.
- Strong understanding of sanitation practices to uphold health standards in a clinical setting.
- Retail sales experience helps in confidently recommending products that complement treatments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients clearly and empathetically.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $24.00-$37.00 per hour
