Responsibilities Provide nearshore functional production support for Workday HCM. Resolve production incidents and service requests within SLA. Perform configuration updates for approved enhancements.

Support

Workday monthly and biannual releases. Work closely with onsite functional leads and offshore support teams. Assist with regression testing and production validation. Support reporting requests and data validation. Participate in problem management and root cause analysis. Contribute to documentation and knowledge transfer. Support production stabilization during the first year after go-live. Required Qualifications / Must-Haves Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, or related field. 4–7+ years of Workday HCM functional experience.

Solid understanding of: Core HCMBusiness Processes Organizations Staffing Security Reporting

Key Responsibilities

Experience providing production support. Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills. Ability to collaborate with global teams across multiple time zones.

Skill Requirements

Workday HCM certification. Experience supporting multinational organizations.



Knowledge of additional Workday modules (Benefits, Absence, Talent, Recruiting, Payroll). Experience in AMS or Managed Services environments. Experience supporting post-go-live stabilization.
