CarePros in Red Deer, AB seeks a Program Supervisor to lead on the floor, coach CYCWs, and oversee daily operations in a high-needs youth program. You will deliver trauma-informed care, manage critical incidents, ensure accurate documentation, and build stability for youth and staff.

This full time role requires supervisory experience, post-secondary training in related fields, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
