In this senior role, you will collaborate closely with faculty and professionals to enhance leadership development experiences for students. Your focus will be on managing program delivery, developing curriculum, and fostering team-oriented relationships that enhance the program's impact and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities: • Manage the overall strategy for LLCW • Coordinate delivery of experiential leadership programs • Establish program budgets and manage financial resources • Engage with legal professionals and community stakeholders • Implement best practices for equity and inclusion
Requirements: • Law degree (LL.B. or J.D.) required • Minimum of 5 years’ relevant leadership experience • Proven abilities in curriculum design and program development • Strong skills in budgeting and financial oversight • Excellent leadership and communication capabilities
