Position Summary

RidgeSide Property Management Inc. is a residential property management firm serving landlords and investors throughout the Greater Toronto Area, including Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, and Markham. We provide tenant placement and full-service property management to owners of single-family homes, condominiums, and multi-unit properties.

We are seeking a Leasing Agent to conduct in-person showings of our rental listings and guide prospective tenants through the application process. This is a part-time, evening and weekend position well suited to a candidate with a customer service, sales, or real estate background who is looking for supplementary income alongside other commitments.

Please note: This is NOT a licensed real estate position. We do not engage licensed Realtors for this role.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct in-person showings of available rental properties throughout the GTA
- Schedule and confirm showing appointments with prospective tenants
- Respond to tenant inquiries and guide qualified applicants through the rental application process
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospects to advance qualified leads to signed leases
- Record showing activity and lead status in the company CRM and provide updates to the team
- Represent RidgeSide professionally in all interactions with clients,

Qualifications

- Valid Ontario driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle (required)
- Strong verbal communication skills and a qualified, customer-focused manner
- Working knowledge of GTA neighbourhoods and rental market conditions is an asset
- Proficiency with smartphone applications, messaging platforms, and basic CRM data entry
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Punctual, organized, and professionally presented
- Additional languages spoken within the GTA rental market are an asset

Schedule

- Monday: 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
- Wednesday to Friday: 5:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.
- Saturday: 12:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
- Tuesday and Sunday: Off

Scheduled hours within these windows will vary according to showing volume. Consistent availability during evenings and Saturdays is essential, as these are peak viewing times for prospective tenants.

Compensation and Engagement Terms

Compensation is $18.00 per hour, plus a performance bonus for completed leases.
