Key Responsibilities
- Manage all stages of litigation, including drafting pleadings, discovery, and trial preparation.
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal memoranda and opinions.
- Represent clients in court appearances, mediations, and arbitrations.
- Communicate effectively with clients,
opposing counsel, and court officials.
- Assist in developing case strategies and negotiating settlements.
Requirements
- Admitted Attorney with 2-4 years of post-admission experience in litigation.
- Demonstrated experience in managing civil litigation matters.
