The Little Smoky Ski Area is hiring for the 2026-2027 winter season and has a variety of full-time and part time, and casual positions available!

Full-time positions start in November and go until the end of April. These include long shifts during snow making and grooming operations. Part-time/casual positions begin in December when the ski area opens for the season.

- Snowboard and Ski Instructors

- Various Casual Positions

Looking for Your First Job? Positions are available for youth aged 13 and up (with parent or guardian consent). It could also be a great opportunity for Mom or Dad to pick up a winter side job.

Starting in November

- Full Time Wage Range $24.00-$35.25/hr

Starting in December

- Student employees $16 - $23/Hr (With exceptions according to Employment Standards for youth)
- Part Time Seasonal - $18 - $25/Hr
