Southwood Dental is seeking an experienced Associate Dentist to cover a maternity leave for an associate. This is an excellent opportunity to step into an established, high-demand patient base with immediate production potential.

The clinic operates in a fast-paced, emergency-driven environment with strong patient flow and consistent scheduling. The is an ideal role for a confident clinician seeking strong earning potential.

Schedule

The clinic operates on a rotational schedule:

- 6-day / 4-day rotation
- Clinic hours: 9:00am - 9:00pm
- Split shifts typically:
- 9:00am - 3:00pm
- 3:00pm - 9:00pm
- 1:00pm - 9:00pm

Open to someone looking for a part-time schedule 1-2 days/week + Saturdays, or Saturdays only

Clinic Overview

- DDS Chairs: Typically 3 allocated

Team & Structure

- 3 DDS onsite
- 2 RDHs (lighter hygiene model)
- RDA support always available

Ideal Candidate

- Minimum 1-2+ years of experience preferred
- Confident working independently

About You:

- Graduate from an accredited DDS/DMD Program or successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) Equivalency Process
- Registered and in good standing with provincial licensing requirements
- Valid CPR certification
