We’re looking for a Luxury Travel Operations Coordinator to join Reserved Abroad.
Reserved Abroad is looking for an experienced travel professional to support the behind-the-scenes management of our client files and travel operations.
This role is focused on client file management, reservations, confirmations, supplier follow-up, deadlines, travel documents, assisting with the preparation and organization of travel proposals, and pre-departure organization.
We are looking for someone who is exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing the many moving parts involved in personalized and complex travel.
Responsibilities may include
- Managing and maintaining client files
- Making and managing travel reservations
- Reviewing booking confirmations for accuracy
- Following up with hotels, suppliers and travel partners
- Tracking important deadlines, payments and outstanding items
- Organizing travel documentation
- Assisting with the preparation and organization of travel proposals
- Completing detailed pre-departure reviews to ensure all components of a trip are confirmed and properly documented
- Supporting the day-to-day travel operations of Reserved Abroad The ideal candidate will have previous experience within the travel industry and a robust understanding of travel reservations, supplier communication and client file management.
Strong attention to detail, organization, written communication and the ability to independently manage assigned work and deadlines are essential.
This is a part-time, remote independent contractor position. Work will be assigned on a client-file or project basis with agreed-upon deadlines.
Compensation will be based on travel industry experience and qualifications.
