Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various manufacturing machinery to ensure efficient production processes. Duties

- Operate a variety of manufacturing equipment and machinery with precision and care, ensuring optimal performance.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on machines, including adjustments using hand tools and power tools, to prevent downtime.
- Load and unload materials using forklifts or other warehouse equipment, ensuring safe handling at all times.
- Assemble components or products according to specifications, following detailed work instructions.
- Monitor production processes, identify issues or malfunctions, and troubleshoot mechanical problems promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of production output, machine maintenance, and safety checks.




- Follow all safety protocols and participate in regular safety training to maintain a secure work workplace.

Requirements

- Proven experience operating manufacturing machinery in a production or warehouse setting.
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic issues and perform routine repairs.
- Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and assembly techniques.
- Valid forklift certification or the ability to obtain one upon hire.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality standards.
- Warehouse experience preferred, with familiarity in inventory handling and material movement.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy materials safely, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $22.00-$35.94 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
