Shape Alberta’s future as the Manager of Infrastructure Grant Programs with the Ministry of Transportation and Economic Corridors in Edmonton. You will play a key role in enhancing provincial infrastructure through effective grant management. In this permanent, full time position, you'll lead a team dedicated to implementing critical infrastructure funding programs.

Your role will combine team leadership, financial management, and compliance oversight, enabling you to work closely with municipalities, Indigenous partners, and other stakeholders to achieve program objectives that benefit Albertans. Key Responsibilities:

- Direct a high-performing team on grant program administration
- Manage financial oversight and compliance of grant funding
- Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with stakeholders




- Provide leadership in program strategy and implementation
- Develop briefing materials and recommendations for senior leadership Requirements:
- University education in a relevant discipline with 4+ years of related experience
- Proven grants management within a government setting
- Strong leadership skills with team motivational capabilities
- Excellent communication and strategic analytical skills
